I help equity-driven social impact leaders build a business & get their first high-ticket clients.

Most of us were never taught to question the systems shaping how we live, work, and lead.
We were just taught to perform better inside them.

But performing better inside a system that wasn't built for you isn't success.

It's survival.

This work is an invitation to stop surviving and start building something rooted in your own values, identity, and vision of what's possible.

Through coaching, retreats, speaking, and intimate gatherings, I create spaces where that shift becomes possible.

Ways to work together

Four offerings. One invitation.

However you find your way here, the work is the same: helping you step outside what's been shaping you and back into yourself.

Private Coaching

Turn your nonprofit or social impact leadership experience into your own coaching practice, without burning out or losing yourself in the process.

Speaking & Workshops

Sessions that connect the dots between systems, identity, burnout, and leadership; so people leave seeing their work and themselves differently.

Retreats

A deeply intentional experience designed to move you out of survival mode and back into yourself. Not a productivity retreat. More like a return to self.

Intimate Dinners

A dinner series for women and non-binary people of color where no part of you needs to be left at the door. No code-switching. No masks. Just the rare, nourishing feeling of being fully seen.

Trusted by leaders and organizations doing work differently

Hi, I'm Miriam

I'm Palestinian, and I've spent over 20 years inside systems that weren't built for me.

As a woman, a racialized person, I’ve always seen the world through a lens of justice and liberation. I know intimately what it costs to shapeshift, carry more than your share, and keep showing up brilliantly for everyone else while quietly wondering if there's another way.

At some point, I stopped trying to mold myself to fit. I took the skills I'd spent years building and created something of my own; work that is grounded, sustainable, and genuinely mine. Now I help others in the same position do the same.

“If you’re looking to find solidarity, safety, vulnerability, and a whole lot of trust. This is it. With Miriam, you don’t have to justify or provide a rationale on why you believe in what you do or that what you experience is real.

My clients have:

  • Left secure careers to launch coaching practices rooted in their own identity and experience, and signed their first high-ticket clients

  • Made life and career decisions they'd been avoiding for years, from a place of clarity and alignment, not urgency or fear

  • Rebuilt trust in their own voice and way of leading, without performing, shrinking, or shapeshifting to fit the room

  • Created more autonomy, rest, and control over their time, and stopped waiting for permission from systems that were never going to give it

The woman on the left is wearing an orange blouse and a light-colored skirt, while the woman on the right is wearing a gray blouse and black shoes. There is a large green plant in the background and artwork on the white walls.

This is the work. And it starts with a single conversation.

Tell me where you are, what you're carrying, and what you're ready for. I'll tell you honestly whether and how I can help.
