Stress is at epidemic levels in North America and burnout is no stranger to most of us. When the body endures high levels of stress for an extended period of time, our immune system weakens over time and we get exposed to all kinds of illnesses, both physical and psychological.

In this episode, I interview Georgie Morley about all things burnout related. I absolutely loved her honesty and transparency along with her level of openness and non-judgement towards others. I am so confident that you will absolutely love this episode too.

Georgie is a photographer, podcaster and blogger based on Nantucket Island. After her struggle with depression and an eating disorder, she realized that joy is an inside job. Now Georgie uses her platforms to provide tools, stories and conversations that inspire joy, intuitive wellness & personal growth. Georgie believes that at the end of the day, we’re our own best teachers and gurus. She hopes to empower people to truly trust themselves so that they can create a life well lived.

Georgie and I had such a great conversation and I know that you will absolutely love listening in on it. Be sure to share this episode with the people in your life that can relate and tell us what your key takeaway was on Instagram!
